What AI Watch Select does, what it does not do, and what you can expect from us.
Version 1. Last changed 10 September 2026.
Who we are
AI Watch Select is run by Live Watch Stock Ltd, 24A Queen Anne's Place, Enfield, EN1 2PT, United Kingdom. Company number: [Still to be decided: the registered company number]

What the app does
You answer nine questions about your taste and your budget. The app then picks a few watches out of our catalogue and writes a short explanation of why each one suits what you said.
What it is not
- It is not a shop. You cannot buy a watch in the app.
- Nothing in it is a price or a quote. Your budget is used to leave out watches you cannot afford, and that is all.
- No person looks over the suggestions. They are chosen and written by software using an AI model.
- It is not advice about money. We do not tell you what a watch will be worth later.
The facts we show
Every specification and every price we hold comes from a named source with the date it was checked. Sources go out of date and they can be wrong. Where we do not know something we say so rather than filling it in.
Check anything that matters to you with the maker or the seller before you buy.
Membership
Your first selection is free. A membership adds a set number of selections each month, and the app tells you how many you have left.
Apple takes the payment. The price and the period are shown by Apple before you confirm, and the membership renews until you cancel it. Cancelling and refunds go through your Apple account, not through us. Apple’s own terms cover the purchase itself.
If a selection fails, nothing is charged against your allowance.
Asking us to find a watch
Ask us to find one sends us a request to go and look. It is not an order. Nothing is held for you, nothing is reserved, and no price has been agreed.
If we find something we will reply to you. Anything that follows happens between you and us outside the app, on its own terms.
What you type
What you write stays yours. We use it to make your selection and, if you send us a request, to reply to it. Nothing else.
Using the app fairly
- Do not try to break it, overload it, or get around the limits on selections.
- Do not copy the catalogue wholesale or re-publish it as your own.
- Do not use it to send anything unlawful to us.
Changes and availability
We may change the app, add to it, or stop parts of it. A selection you have already been given stays on your phone, and we will not take it away.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We are responsible for loss we cause you by breaking these terms or by failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for a decision you make about buying a watch, or for what a third party does.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer, and nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring a claim in your own country’s courts.
Changes to these terms
This page carries a version number and a date. The current version is always the one in the app and on our website.
